hi, i'm kelly

I was born in the United States and graduated with a Business Degree in 1997 from the University of Tennessee.  I always had an interest in running a business of my own with the dream of helping others.

When I moved to Canada in 2000, I started a family of my own and was blessed with a beautiful daughter and an amazing son.  After the move and time spent raising my kids, I began a journey into fitness and health.

I now draw upon 15 years in this field which began as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Specialist.  After working at a couple of gyms in Calgary, I decided to branch out and started a gym of my own.

I then moved to Okotoks and was invited to a seminar regarding esthetics.  I was immediately hooked and decided to attend the Esthetic Institute of Calgary and became certified and received honours while mastering specialties of the Skincare and Beauty industry.  Since then I began Poise by Kelly, a business that allows me to incorporate all my passions to help people feel great from head to toe. 

As a Self Care Expert, I couldn’t be happier and know that I am doing exactly what I’m meant to in this life.
